Overall, Parnu is a pleasant town with a pleasant beach. I visited it in the summer and winter. During the summer the town attracts beachgoers and has a steady atmosphere. While in the winter, it was quiet, yet the beach was covered in snow, which was a cool sight to see. I recommend visiting Parnu during the summer as you can enjoy its main attraction to the fullest
